Effective Learning Environment


The success of teaching in the sense of achievement of the objectives of teaching depends on the ability to manage a class that can create a situation that allows students to learn, so it is a starting point for teaching success. Students learn best in a fair atmosphere, with no pressure in the stimulating conditions for learning. To create an atmosphere that fosters a passion to learn, improve student achievement, and better enable teachers to provide guidance and assistance to students in learning, it is necessary to organize an adequate class. [1] in this case will be described some effective atmosphere in the implementation of the learning process :

a. enjoyable learning atmosphere

fun learning environment makes learning to be effective, when the learning environment is pleasant, learners will be Relaxed, free of pressure, Safe, Attractive, rise of interest in learning, presence of full engagement, attention is devoted learners, engaging learning environment (eg state class light, flexible seating arrangements for the students to move), Eager, euphoria, a high concentration. Learning atmosphere menyenagkan avoid ineffective learning, because students do not Depressed, feeling threatened, scary feeling, feeling hopeless, uninspired, lazy / not interested, bored / bored, monotonous atmosphere of learning, the learning does not attract students. [2]

b. Free atmosphere

Free atmosphere or open (permissive) is the freedom for students to talk and or think according to the purpose of the learning process, so that students will not feel tekananan, the absence of fear, shame and the other to the teachers and fellow students. [3]

c. The selection of teaching media and methods appropriate
