Basically the body needs fresh nutritious food, vitamins and minerals to get all the needed. however on the type of fruit and sayir have great benefits to remove toxins from our body. so it does not hurt if you include these foods in your daily diet.  

Here are some good foods to cleanse the toxins in your body 

1. Papaya
Contains vitamins A, C, and E. In addition, papaya also contain fiber that can help lower cholesterol levels moderate. Others, papaya contains enzymes such as papain and chymopapain which is anti-inflammatory. Rich in lycopene, which can reduce a man's risk of prostate cancer. 


2. Pineapple

6. Tomatoes
Contains vitamins A and C and lycopene red color, a powerful antioxidant against diseases that are considered to have anticancer properties.


7. Blueberries
Contains many antioxidants that can improve the health of the eye. The fruit is high compound called Anthocyanosides the slow weakening of vision-related function increasing age.
