Many people skip breakfast in an effort to control their weight. However, it can ruin your whole day. After fasting all night, your body needs calories and nutrients to produce energy.

7. Fast Food
Processed foods make it easier if you have a busy activity, but it can improve your health risks. Its more artificial chemical laden steal nutrients from your body than nutrients are provided, which makes you easy to feel lethargic.

8. Being a People-Pleaser
