10 Tips for Mental Health
Non-profit institutions in Australia, Mental Health Council of Australia (MHCA), which has a goal to raise awareness about mental health, back World Mental Health Day campaign launched by the UN health agency, WHO. In this year, the theme of World Mental Health Day is everyone MHCA carried us and wherever we live, we are not living alone.

The purpose of this theme is to promote discussion and talk about mental health. In addition this year was MHCA emphasizes the importance of seeking help and prevention for those who are experiencing stress.

Here are 10 Tips for Mental Health

1. Plan for Life
It's good we always focus on the purpose of life and remain calm in life. There's good planning to write a good life goals, goals to be achieved in the per-day, per-week, per-year, and long term future. In this plan, you can create a list of priorities and try to achieve them one by one. But you should remember what it intends to achieve is realistic!

2. Make a healthy diet
Diet is not only meant to limit what you eat, but also pay attention to what you eat. Keep what you eat has a healthy nutrition. Good nutrition is not only good for physical health, but also for mental health.

3. Listening to music
Listen to music that can make you relax and reduce stress. Calm music that can be heard while you're working or studying.

4. Get plenty of rest
Lack of sleep can increase stress, changing feelings, fatigue, and disturb your mental health. Immediately after you feel tired rest, drink warm water and turn off the TV or electronic equipment prior to 30 minutes before bedtime.

5. Reduce dependence
If you are addicted to cigarettes or alcohol, then subtract. Even better if you can quit smoking for example. Quitting smoking can be one of your goals. Call your doctor if you always find it difficult when trying to quit smoking.

6. Turning off electronic devices
Reduce dependence and addiction is also on electronic items such as TVs, DVDs, mobile phones, Video Games. At least do it 5 to 10 minutes per day. Instead, you can work out or walk out.

7. Socializing
The existence of Facebook is easier for us to stay in touch, but socializing with direct face to face is still having its own happiness. Hadirkanlah in your life the people who can make us happier and more productive!

8. Being more active
Join groups that can be a hobby, avocation, and other positive activities. You can also join a sports and leisure center. Become more actively involved in activities like this will keep your mental health.

9. Sport
Make no mistake, for exercise, although only 10-15 minutes to come improve your mental health. What can be done is running or even just walking.

10. Find a support or service
If you have a problem in life, feeling depressed, and it's hard to tell it to someone else, then you can go to the doctor to be able to help you. Do not be afraid and ashamed, because every person must have a life!
