  • Consuming carbohydrates at night. Health experts recommend eating most of your carbohydrates during the day than at night for maintenance of a healthy weight.
  • Relying on supplements. It is always better to get all the nutrients through the food not pills. Supplements should not be abused and used without consulting a doctor.
  • Ignoring the sport. Every diet plan must be equipped with a balanced exercise.
  • Ignoring eating. Some people think that eating more healthy food is the best. Although it was good, across the portion size might backfire.
  • Eating late. Delaying meal was a disaster. It did not help. It will make you hungry and eat more than you should.
